Registration deadlines:
> Early bird registration: June 30, 2026
> Normal registration: September 15, 2026

The indicated fees include VAT.

The fees cover:
- Admission to the scientific program
- Lunch on October 15,
- Coffee breaks,
- A welcome cocktail on October 14, during the first poster session
- Snacks on October 15, during the second poster session.

The fees DO NOT cover:
- Lunch on October 14 and October 16
- The Gala Dinner.

Please read carefully the following instructions before registering:

- Registration is mandatory, every attendee must register online.

- To validate your registration form you must select at the end:
"I declare that I have read and accept the general conditions of sale of this website"

- The symposium has a maximum capacity of 200 participants so we recommend early registration.

- A certificate of attendance can be provided upon request after the symposium.

- IMPORTANT: By registering to the International SPS Symposium 2026, you agree to be photographed during the symposium and you authorize the Saclay Plant Sciences network to reproduce or distribute photographs representing you, as long as they do not harm your private life, in the frame of SPS. This authorization is valid for the whole duration of use of the images.
