Abstract submission

We offer the opportunity to present posters (A0 portrait format) during the symposium but their numbers are limited.
For each session, talks will be selected among the submitted abstracts.

Abstract submission deadlines:
> if you want to be considered for a talk: June 30, 2026
> if you want to be considered only for a poster: August 31, 2026

Abstract selection will occur after June 30, 2026.

CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

Please read carefully the following instructions before submitting your abstract:

- Registration is mandatory prior to abstract submission. For each deadline, your abstract will only be taken into account if your registration is complete.

- The submitted file must respect this  ABSTRACT TEMPLATE  (including fonts, font sizes, line spacings and margins). The submitted file must be named according to the following rule: “Family name of the presenting author_First name_Institute or Company” (ex.: Sellier_Marie-Jeanne_Institut-Jean-Pierre-Bourgin-for-Plant-Sciences.docx). The file name should not include spaces (replace the spaces by hyphens). Abstracts that do not respect template and naming rules will not be accepted.

- All abstracts have to be written in English.

- Only 1 abstract submission is allowed per attendee. You can modify your abstract as many times as you like before the submission deadline. To do so, submit the new file and only your last submission will be taken into account.

- If your abstract is selected for an oral presentation and you are subsequently unable to deliver the presentation, you must contact the organizers as soon as possible.

- A pdf file assembling all abstracts will be made available to attendees. After the symposium, it will be made public on the symposium website. The abstract book will not be printed.

- You will be responsible for (and own the content of) the research described in the submitted abstract.
